Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only
Salary: Grade 5 - SCP 12 – 17 £25,598 - £31,023 (pro rata) – depending on experience

The Bulmershe School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Engagement Manager to join our vibrant pastoral team. This is a vital position that sits at the heart of our school community, focusing on student wellbeing, behaviour and personal development.
In this role, you will be the day-to-day champion for a specific year group, working hand-in-hand with a Head of Year to ensure every student feels supported and safe. Whether you are providing 1:1 mentoring, celebrating student achievements or working with families to overcome barriers to progress, your work will be essential in maintaining our positive and inclusive school culture.
