Year Engagement Manager

Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only
Salary: Grade 5 - SCP 12 – 17 £25,598 - £31,023 (pro rata) – depending on experience

Start:  September 2025

The Bulmershe School is looking for an enthusiastic Year Engagement Manager to join our dedicated pastoral team. As an Engagement Manager, you'll be a mentor and a coach, supporting a specific year group with their pastoral care, welfare, attendance, and wellbeing. You will be a key point of contact, building strong relationships with students, parents and staff, and helping to foster a positive and rewarding school culture. Your energy and support will be crucial in overcoming barriers to students' progress, ensuring they feel safe, supported and ready to learn.
